Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of aertonic.com (the "Site") and the public product demo shown on it. aertonic is operated by its founder, Youssef Elbatal, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("aertonic", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms do not cover paid use of the aertonic platform. That is governed by a separate written agreement between aertonic and your organisation.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about aertonic, try the demo and book a call. You agree not to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, when using the Site;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the demo, or any system or data behind them;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or demo, or bypass any security measure;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Site or demo;
  • overload, disrupt or interfere with the Site, including through automated means;
  • upload or enter anything harmful, unlawful or that you have no right to share.

3. The product demo

The demo is a preview of the aertonic platform running on sample data. The people, companies, messages and figures in it are fictional, and any resemblance to real people or businesses is coincidental. Nothing you do in the demo is saved, searched or sent. The demo is provided for evaluation only, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and does not show every feature or reflect final performance or results.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, the demo and their content (including text, design, software, logos and the aertonic name) belong to aertonic or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to view and use them for the purposes in section 2. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

5. Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com, whose own terms apply to the booking tool. A call is an introductory conversation. It does not create any obligation on either side to enter into an agreement.

6. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to and embeds services run by others, such as LinkedIn and Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

7. No warranty

The Site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Information on the Site is general and is not professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, aertonic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or demo. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or demo will not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate aertonic for any claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site or demo.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and suspension

We may change the Site, the demo or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site or demo, for example to protect it from misuse.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
